The terms that apply when using PriceShaker’s search, price intelligence, retailer links and optional alert features.
Using PriceShaker
PriceShaker provides product discovery, comparison, observed price information, price-history features and optional price alerts. By using the service you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with, misuse, scrape abusively, circumvent or attempt to compromise the service or its security.
Prices and product information
Retailer feeds and other permitted sources can change, contain errors or become temporarily stale. PriceShaker aims to improve accuracy and suppress unreliable information, but does not guarantee that a displayed price, saving, product specification, image, stock status or retailer term is complete or current. Always verify the final offer with the retailer before buying.
Price alerts
Price monitoring and email or WhatsApp alerts are convenience features, not guarantees that every change will be detected or delivered immediately. Network, feed, retailer, messaging and technical delays can occur. An alert does not reserve stock or a price.
Purchases are with retailers
PriceShaker does not normally sell the displayed products itself. When you leave PriceShaker to purchase, the transaction is between you and the relevant retailer or provider and is subject to that party’s terms, returns, delivery, warranty and customer-service arrangements.
Affiliate relationships
PriceShaker may earn commission or another fee from qualifying actions through eligible links. Commercial eligibility does not change the requirement for PriceShaker’s consumer-facing ranking and price-intelligence rules. Further information is available in the Affiliate Disclosure.
Accounts and device features
An account is optional unless a particular future feature states otherwise. Some functionality, including recently viewed products, may be stored on the device or browser and can disappear if browser data is cleared. You are responsible for protecting access to any account or device you use with PriceShaker.
Acceptable use
You must not use PriceShaker to introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, overload the service, manipulate price or ranking data, submit fraudulent reports, impersonate another person, or use automated activity in a way that materially harms the service or other users.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, sources, products, alerts or access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, commercial changes or service development.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, PriceShaker is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on retailer-supplied information, third-party availability, missed price changes, third-party websites or transactions entered into with retailers.
Intellectual property
PriceShaker’s own branding, software, presentation and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, images, trademarks and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners and may be displayed for product identification, comparison and referral purposes.

Use of personal information is addressed in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
