The Redondo ball, made of soft, spongy, and odourless material (PVC), is commonly used in Pilates, gymnastics, wellness, fitness, and mind-body activities to support, stabilize, and strengthen muscle groups. It is also ideal for mobilising the joints of the spine, muscle relaxation, and deep relaxation. With a straw, it can be inflated in no time, closed with a cap, and then deflated again.
With its elastic and gripping surface, the Redondo ball is also particularly well-suited for grabbing and throwing. When used as an unstable base, it is advisable to inflate the ball a bit less firm. For transport and storage, the ball can of course be completely deflated, folded, and easily stored in a bag.
