The collector bowl attaches simply by inserting the arbor shank through the eyelet at the nylon base, then pressing the rim against the material surface.
As cutting begins, the flexible cowl forms a seal against the workpiece, capturing all waste material inside the bowl. The flexible rubber construction allows the bowl to move with minimal pressure as the hole saw progresses through the material.
