The Stanley FatMax Automatic Wire Stripper is a professional-grade wire stripping tool designed for electricians and contractors working with cables from 0.2-6mm. This automatic, spring-loaded plier strips both inner and outer sheaths efficiently, combining wire stripping, crimping, and cutting functions in a single tool. An adjustable slider allows you to pre-set stripping lengths between 6-18mm for consistent, repeatable results across multiple cables.
This feature is particularly useful when preparing multiple connections to the same specification. The adjustable stripping force ensures precision when working with smaller gauge cables, preventing damage to delicate conductors. Bi-material handles provide secure grip and comfortable control, allowing you to apply the necessary force for both crimping and stripping operations without hand fatigue.
The integrated wire cutter adds versatility, eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools during installation work.
