Part A Full-Grain Cowhide 4mm of thick-cut, full-grain cowhide with its natural surface left intact. One solid piece — no bonded scrap, no laminate, no embossed fake grain. Comfortable, strong, and better-looking with age.
Part B Brass Bells Solid brass, not plated. They develop a warm patina with wear and ring with a softer, lower tone than the steel bells on factory collars. Part C Brass Buckle & D-ring Roller-buckle, solid brass throughout.
The D-ring is welded — not a press-fit ring that opens under genuine leash load. Part D Set to Stay On Every one of bells is fixed with a closed solid-brass ring and hand-clinched tight, so it can't work loose. No glue to let go, no weak split-ring to spring open — they'll still be ringing years from now.
