The Sealey SA802 is a compact palm air sander designed for precision finishing work on metal, wood, and automotive bodywork. The polycarbonate outer housing incorporates a soft rubber handgrip that reduces operator fatigue by minimising chill and vibration transmission during extended use. Weighing just 0.54kg, this palm sander is ideal for detailed work in confined spaces and overhead applications where a full-size orbital sander would be unwieldy.
An integrated adjustable air regulator provides precise control over sanding speed and aggressiveness, whilst the exhaust muffler helps reduce noise emission in workshop environments. Operating at 13000rpm with an air consumption of 4cfm at 90psi, this sander connects via a standard 1/4"BSP inlet and requires a compressor capable of delivering sufficient airflow. The hook-and-loop pad system allows quick disc changes without tools, making it suitable for panel preparation, primer sanding, and finishing work across automotive repair, joinery, and general metal fabrication applications.
