The Sealey Hand Sanding Block is a compact manual sanding tool designed for detailed finishing work and surface preparation. This pinned-fixing sanding block accepts 100mm wide abrasive strips, making it suitable for use with standard width abrasive materials commonly available to tradespeople and workshops. The contoured grip design provides a comfortable hold during extended sanding operations, reducing hand fatigue when working on larger projects.
The integral pin system securely retains abrasive strips in place, preventing slippage during use and ensuring consistent results across various surfaces. Measuring 65 x 120mm, this hand sanding block is well-suited for finishing work on wood, metal, and composite materials where manual control is preferred over powered alternatives. Ideal for preparing surfaces before painting or varnishing, smoothing joints and edges, or general workshop finishing tasks.
