Pedal resistance of the Nohrd Bike is precise and is infinitely variable by simply turning the resistance dial at the side of the bike. Bluetooth sensors on the bike transmit data to the Nohrd Bike app (free of charge) to handheld devices which can be held securely in place on the retractable holder at the front of the bike.
