The Knipex 00 11 03 Control Cabinet Key is a universal access tool designed for control cabinets and shut-off systems across gas, water and electricity installations. This versatile key provides tradespeople with access to technical installations in buildings, including air conditioning and ventilation systems, shut-off valves and main switchboards. Engineered with multiple profile types, this control cabinet key accommodates square openings of 5.0, 6.0 and 8.0mm, triangular profiles of 7.0 and 9.0mm, and double-bit key systems from 3 to 5mm.
The 76mm long execution includes integrated bit inserts featuring a 1.0 x 7mm slot and PH2 cross recess, making it suitable for a wide range of utility and building service applications. The key features an adapter for 1/4" bits chained directly to the tool, preventing loss during work at height or in confined spaces. An additional bit adapter for 1/4" bits is stored within one of the profiles, ensuring spare adapters are always accessible.
This makes the tool particularly useful for electricians, heating engineers and facilities maintenance professionals who regularly access metered supplies and building management systems.
