If we’re disconnecting a fridge or freezer, make sure it’s been defrosted, is free from any water and has been completely emptied. We will then take your old appliance away and dispose of it in a safe and responsible way. The award-winning recycling program includes: Product Unpacking and Packaging Recycling: At the consumer's home, we unpack the product and ensure that ALL packaging materials are recycled.
Our packaging is specifically designed to be 100% recyclable. At our depots, we separate the materials into four categories: polystyrene, plastic, wood, and cardboard. These materials are sent directly to our recycling partner for reintroduction into the raw material streams.
WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Collection: We collect old products, classified as WEEE, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate waste flow at our local depots. These items are then sent to government-approved WEEE recycling plants. As a White Goods manufacturer, we are committed to meeting our WEEE obligations and encourage our customers to participate in the most environmentally friendly recycling scheme available in the UK.
