The Vent des Fjords UT50 Nordic walking pole Prestige/Austral is a single-stranded, 50% carbon Nordic walking pole that offers comfort and ease of use, it is ideal for starting Nordic walking. It is equipped with the new carbon braiding technology, the Flex Comfort 50 for maximum comfort and resistance. Its ergonomic handle Viper+ is made of cork to help absorb perspiration.
Its refined shape fits perfectly the shape of the hand and guarantees a good return of the stick, with an easy to use push button. Moreover, the handle is equipped with the patented detachable system which allows to detach and attach the gauntlet in a few seconds and in total safety. The sticks are equipped with a unique tip on the market, a double tungsten carbide tip allowing to develop its thrust to the end without the stick slipping.
The elastomer dampens vibrations and absorbs shocks when in contact with the ground. The Padapt cap optimizes grip on asphalt while minimizing the noise of the tip rattling. When pressing, it dampens the metallic noise of the tip and deforms to let the double tungsten carbide insert take over to ensure a good grip and a good propulsion.
