Thunder God On Duty Raiden doesn't show up to Outworld's deadliest tournament in a polo and khakis. He arrives as a literal god of thunder, wide-brimmed hat and all, radiating a kind of "I've seen empires fall and I'm still irritated about it" energy. That's the costume goal.

The pants match the tunic and have an elastic waistband, which honestly feels appropriate for someone who spends a lot of time doing flying torpedo attacks.
