Poetic design of light and shadow - the Papillon pendant light by Élise Fouin Élise Fouin is a young designer who puts materials centre stage. She uses recycled materials as raw materials to reinvent them. Her work is underpinned by a poetic spirit and a commitment to sustainable development.
Papillon consists of three domes of different sizes placed on top of each other, whose numerous metal wires filter the light and guarantee a unique play of light and shadow on the wall. The wave-shaped edges of the domes are reminiscent of the geometric design of the 1950s and the airy design of the body creates a very light and floating effect. The light is completed by a textile-sheathed cable that ends in the round ceiling canopy in the same colour as the light.
