The Bailey Drain Tracing Dye in Blue (200g) is a professional water-soluble dye perfect for tracing water flow in drainage systems. This 8-ounce jar provides excellent visibility in clean water applications, with a dilution rate of 12-14,000 litres per jar, making it highly economical for medium to large-scale tracing operations. The blue colour offers strong contrast against most drainage environments, making it easy to identify flow direction in pipes, drains, and underground systems.
To use, simply dissolve the required amount into approximately five litres of water before adding to the flow or tank. This pre-dilution method ensures even distribution and maximum effectiveness throughout the system. For optimal results in clean water conditions, this jar provides sufficient dye for extensive coverage.
However, when working with dirty water or heavily contaminated systems, a greater concentration of dye will be required to maintain visibility.
